Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom made orders we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any custom orders. 


We are happy to offer returns on items that arrived to you damaged.  Please email a picture of the item as it was delivered to you, along with a brief description, to  Return credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

All items eligible for return must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Returns must arrive back to our shop within 14 days of receiving the original order. There's a $7 shipping charge for all returns, which is deducted from your return amount once we have received and inspected the items. 


We offer exchanges if there is a problem with the size, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Please read all descriptions for choosing the correct size prior to placing your order.

Lost Package or Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. But if you have any issues please contact us and we'll help you in any way we can.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct PRIOR to placing your order as we cannot change it once your order has been placed. If your package is returned due to an address error or post office error you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to re-ship the item. If you do not wish to pay to have your item re-shipped we can refund your original payment (not applicable to custom orders).
